Javier had a busy week with a visit to Fremantle, and to the Aviation Museum in Bullcreek. The Fire Engine museum and Perth were also on the agenda.

We had a BBQ at Yanchep for Chinese New Year with the extended family, and explored the rest of the grounds, as well as the Crystal Cave.

After a walk down to the local jetty, we continued walking along the Murchison River until Jai and Richard took a paddle boat across to the other side, briefly visiting the ocean at the mouth of the river. Afterwards we went back to the resort for a BBQ and a dip in the pool.

« 9 » Chinese New Year celebrations in Perth

Richard and Eunice go to Forrest Chase in Perth to see the celebrations for the Chinese New Year put on by the Chung Wah Association of Western Australia. To celebrate the coming of the year of the Fire Pig, there were dancers and musicians, as well as the Lion Dance.
