Our holiday in Malaysia and Cambodia - 2008 | ||
This year when travelling back to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, we'll be celebrating Chinese New Year in the Chinese fashion. This is something that I haven't been exposed to yet, but apparently there are a lot of firecrackers and Lions (that look like Dragons) dancing around, plus a lot of food to be consumed with relatives and friends. During the 13th to the 18th of February 2008, we will be heading to Siam Reap in Cambodia to see the temples of Ankor Wat that have been left behind by the ancient Khmer civilization. These are apparently a sight to be seen, built thousands of years ago with influences from the Buddist and Hindu religions. Eunice's parents and brother will be joining us in this adventure into the jungle to see these relics. Don't forget to see our other photos at our main site: http://neophytte.mine.nu |
