Anyone wanna goto Xlr8 this weekend ?
Hey Guys, Was thinking about going and visiting Andrew this weekend, Anyone else interested ? I was thinking saturday evening, and after we get kicked out we can party on at Daves place !

Just a heads-up. There'll be a party down the back between 3 and 5 pm, so it'll be a bit noisey, but the big track and the twisty one will both be available. It'll be great to see you guys. Cheers Andrew |

Slot Car Dave 2...... got it.... until I forget again..... Not sure what time I can make it. What time are you planning to stay until? I will probably ring you first Cam and make sure that you guys are still around before making the trip. |

well 5 of us turned up, although we missed SCD2 by 5 mins 
so the remaining 4 of us raced all Andrew's tracks until stumps at 8:30.. big thanks to Cam for sharing his cars with us - the Esky chewed its worn out crown gear so was retired for a while. much fun had by all - so much so that we continued on to Maddington for a run on Colin's big 1/24 track with our little 1/32 cars. And of course we ran into SCD2 and Chad there! Thanks also to these guys for sharing cars  even though the Escort got a brief (but noisy!) run.

looks like the Revell cars are the ones to get right now.. wonder how those other ones (Ninco, Fly etc) compare? |

Ninco look cheap but are not to buy, are slower in general and Fly are just too expensive in my opinion... _________________

the fly are good when you dont do a gear and when you have to buy a new gear its expensive thats if you can getem. havent tried a revell yet so cant comment but nicos 4wd are best against any othe brand 4wd thats my opinion |
