Slot track at AMF Bowling Joondalup
Yes, seems the rumours are true ! On my way home from waaaaaay up north, I thought I'd check it out. http://www.amfbowling.com.au/Centres/WA/AMF-Joondalup.aspx?Tab1 8 lanes, nice medium sized 1/24 layout, full Lanemaster or something system. Come to think of it, think it's magnabraided as well 
$5/15 mins Hire cars were slow, but still needed to back off in a couple of places. Ollie drove the whole time, and he picked it up well, bringing his lap times down, and doing some cool skids 
Little kids can't reach the inner lanes, but they should have an adult with them anyway.. Here's a cool extra - you are allowed to bring your own cars!! Don't know what voltage it runs at, but easily worked out. Check it out, even if just for a laugh. |
