Hmmmmm, not sure I will be here. Just saw the weather forecasts, looks like Broome is the place to be. I wonder what the boss has planned for me tomorrow 
Mind you Shawn's track is pretty good. Hate to miss some good racing.  |

Geoff Are you definitely not going to be around? Main reason I'm asking is your laptop has the timing program and we need it unless Dave has one to bring along. The weather is at least "partly cloudy" and not raining. Bring your beanies and jumpers. |

Shawn I came all the way back from Broome just to race on your track. I will be there 
Only just wish it wasn't quite this cold. Gee I am starting to sound like a West Australian When we first arrived I commented on how warm your winters were now Maybe I should be looking at the temperatures in Melbourne. It will make me feel warmer.
I will bring the computer, a beanie and the winning cars. 
(Although I am still waiting for an invite to be emailed to me. It may be a good time to send reminders to everyone.) |

Good to know Geoff you will be there with the winning cars. I am doing no work on my cars to give everyone else the maximum chance of winning, same for practicing.
If Johnny Boy, Garth and Dave read this then be there. Kev will be crashing his trains so he's not likely to come around. No-one lese seems to come around these days but are welcome to race or corner marshall.

Hi Guys , I'd like to come along again but will be training up another driver at the park so that I can return to some model racing again , hopefully before next century???
If all goes well = it might be able to get in just 1 race before Chrissie this year?????????? |

Shawn Thanks for a great day. Always fun on the Maxtrack even if we were going the wrong way around. Dave not sure about some of your ideas. 
And as for my cars, I think they were all winners. In the "Tjets - walk around the track and marshal your own cars" I think I got more exercise than anyone else. The "Turbos - Crash and Burn" I certainly did more crashing and burning. And with the more normal Super G+ race I even managed more laps (I do love the Super G+ cars on the super smooth Maxtrack). Seems like I had winners in all events.

Race Results for 16June
Another good day of racing, Davey G taking out 2 races to end a voodoo period of bad luck
Geoff outperformed in the SG+ race to blitz everyone

big THANKS to Shawn and Theresa for another fun day of racing and talking about stuff
For once I learned to stay on the track, although again proved that the fastest car doesn't always win races.. I'm now a big fan of reverse track racing hehe |
