Eunice had planned a 4pm flight from Perth to Malaysia, with the thought that this would fit in well with Jai's sleep time, but it also meant that we wouldn't arrive in KL until around 9PM local time.

We called a taxi and got to the airport early, as we checked in the pram and portacot, we found one of the loan prams around the airport, which we used for another half an hour, before they put the notice up that our flight was boarding.

With it being Easter Sunday, they had made rabbit shapes on the cappacino we ordered.

It seems we thought we were early, but by the time we got to the gate, over half of the flight was boarded already. When we were sorting out the seating locations yesterday, it automatically reloaded the page, so we changed the seat to one with a bassinet at the front of the aisle - which became a bit of a drama when we tried to board the plane. But it all worked out OK.

When we were boarding the plane, we saw a friend of ours, Sui Li, who was also boarding to go back to see her parents in KL. She was sat directly behind us on the flight, so we had a chat with her later. Jai enjoyed flight, as the lady who sat next to us, Miss Tay, and another young lady behind us were giving him a lot of attention.

Jai kept to his routine and slept around 8.30PM, which was good as he didn't sleep in the morning as he normally does, and only got about a half hour nap in the taxi on the way to the airport. He slept through the landing, and we stayed in our seats as one of the stewardess's on the flight had offered to organize to get the pram delivered to the pram, so we could wheel Jai through the airport. However the wrong pram was retrieved, which meant I had to carry him through the airport. Jai was mostly awake by this stage, but his shoes were in our baggage, so walking was not an option.

After we had gone through the checkpoints, and picked up our bags, Eunice organized a taxi and we drove to Lawrence and Babe's place, arriving at around 11.30PM. Jai had again gone to sleep in the taxi, curling up on Daddy's chest.

Arriving at our final destination, we set up the portacot and Jai continued his sleep. We chatted for a bit, but I was dead beat, so went to bed sometime after that, and Eunice stayed up until around 3AM talking to her mum.
