Met Graham and Sue at Starbucks, at the Curve - exchange hugs and kisses and the ladies exchanged gifts, Mom got tukish delight, very happy telling about the recent visit at the MATTA travel fair in KL. Sue got a silk blouse and Graham got shirt from Shanghai.
Shopping at the mall had lots of Malay stalls in timing for Hari raya (Malay new year), combined with decorations of lanterns to celebrate the chinese mid autumn. stopped to take take pictures with ourselves and the lanterns around the mall
We went for a Thai lunch at Absolute Thai (I was sure the sign said "Thai Nudie Bar"). As usual we ordered too much food and there was a lot left over as we shared the food.
Family went to see Graham and Sue back to their coach to go back to KL. While Lawrence, Babe and Leonard headed back to the house, Richard and Eunice continued shopping. Bought a lot of work wear, and casual wear and tea supplies. Eunice was happy to find the rose bud and floral tea and a replacement heat resistant teapot after the one at home was broken in a freak accident. These are rare in Perth.
Rested at home in the evening. family dinner again with too much food. We had a quiet time at home with Leonard as we were heading to Penang the next day; while the parents went out for the apt community meeting.
